Louisville, KY (May 25, 2022) - Two cities that have a long-standing rivalry will battle again, this time in USL W League action. Racing Louisville will play hosts to Kings Hammer FC for a Wednesday night showdown at the Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center for a 7:00pm kickoff.

It is Racing Louisville who have started the season on streak, as they have two wins and a draw in their first four matches. A five-match homestand, Racing will look to continue to grab points as they would move to 1st in the division with a win. A home-heavy schedule to start their season, Racing will only have one home match in their last six matches. 

Kings Hammer FC have not been away since May 6 when they opened the USL W League season in Indianapolis. Nearly three weeks since last away, going to Louisville to grab points will be on their minds to climb the table from 8th. Jordyn Rhodes and Mandy Schlueter lead the attack for KHFC, as both have seven shots. Summer Denigan and Mandy Schlueter have the lone goals for Kings Hammer.

This is the first-ever matchup and will play again at the MAC on Thursday June 30 at 7:00pm.

Notable players: 
Jordyn Rhodes (KHFC) - Featured as a "15 Players to Watch" by USL W League; an upcoming senior forward at the University of Kentucky. Rhodes is tied for the team lead in shots (7). Rhodes is one of two KHFC players to play all minutes of the season so far (270).

Mickayla Kowalski (KHFC) - The Northern Kentucky University goalkeeper has consistently split halves, starting all three matches thus far. Kowalski has had consecutive matches without allowing a goal in the first half while also picking up 4+ saves each half. On the season, Kowalski has a 1.33 goals against average and a .833 save percentage.

Emily Madril (RL) - The Florida State product has started off strong leading Racing with two goals. A redshirt senior at FSU, Madril also leads the team in shots (4) and is sixth on the team in minutes played (271).
