COVINGTON, KY (February 12th, 2024) – Kings Hammer FC proudly announces the appointment of Jacob Morrison as the USL W-League Head Coach. With an extensive background in soccer coaching and a track record of success, Morrison brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for player development to his new role.

Morrison's educational background includes a Masters of Recreation and Sport Sciences from Ohio University, with a specialization in Soccer Coaching education, and a Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches.

With a proven coaching record, Morrison most recently served as the Director of Goalkeeping and Assistant Coach at Xavier University Women's Soccer, boasting an impressive overall record of 42-11-10. His leadership has contributed to Xavier's achievements as BIG East Regular Season Champions in 2021 and 2023, and his coaching prowess has helped produce top goalkeepers and defenders in the nation.

In addition to his role at Xavier, Morrison has excelled as the Head Coach and Academy Director at Cincinnati Sirens FC since 2018. Under his guidance, the team has clinched four National Championships in Women's Arena Soccer and has garnered numerous accolades, including Coach of the Year awards.

Morrison's coaching team consists of accomplished individuals, each bringing their distinct expertise to Kings Hammer FC.  Alex Kamphaus, renowned as Xavier University's goalkeeper coach and for contributions to the Cincinnati Sirens, adds valuable dimension. Additionally, Jackson Etheridge, known for coaching at Kings Hammer Sycamore and as Assistant Coach for the Cincinnati Sirens, improves the team with a strong understanding of the game.
