Jacob Morrison

USL W-League Head Coach

Jacob Morrison is a highly accomplished soccer coach with a Master's degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences specializing in Soccer Coaching education from Ohio University. He holds a Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches and boasts a successful career, including roles as Director of Goalkeeping and Assistant Coach at Xavier University Women’s Soccer and Head Coach & Academy Director at Cincinnati Sirens FC, where he has led the team to four National Championships. Jacob's passion for athlete development and coaching excellence is evident in his impressive track record and dedication to the sport.

Alex Kamphaus

USL W-League Assistant Coach

Alex Kamphaus is a distinguished figure in soccer coaching, with a focus on goalkeeping. Currently serving as a Volunteer Assistant and Assistant Coach at Xavier University since August 2021, he has played a pivotal role in the team's success, including securing the 2023 Big East Tournament and Midwest Division Championships. Previously, as Director of Goalkeeping and Assistant Academy Director at the Cincinnati Sirens from May 2020 to November 2023, Alex led the team to three PASL National Championships and the 2023 UWS Midwest Division Championship. Alongside coaching, he has developed numerous goalkeepers at FX Athletic Performance since August 2018. Alex's dedication to player development is evident in his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Otterbein University, earned in 2012.

Teryn Otto

USL W-League Assistant Coach

Teryn Otto is a highly respected soccer coach in Greater Cincinnati with a history of developing players. After a successful playing career collegiately at Murray State (2012-2014) and Asbury University (2014-2016), Otto participated in the 2018 & 2019 preseason with the North Carolina Courage of the NWSL. Since beginning her coaching career in 2016, Otto has had assistant coaching roles at several prominent programs, such as Notre Dame Academy (Covington, KY) and West Jessamine High School (Nicholasville, KY), where she won the 2016 and 2017 Kentucky State Championships. Additionally, Otto instructs private training for elite level players though her business, “Team Teryn Elite”.

Jackson Etheridge

USL W-League Assistant Coach

Jackson Etheridge is a dynamic soccer coach with a strong track record in player development. As Assistant Coach with the Cincinnati Sirens, he contributed to training sessions and goalkeeper development for multiple teams. At Kings Hammer, he led his Boys Sycamore team to success during the 2023/2024 season. Jackson's expertise also extends to organizational development, demonstrated during his internship at Indiana Impact SC, where he implemented a player evaluation process. Additionally, he gained international experience as an Assistant Goalkeeper Coach at Rangers FC in Belfast.
